It is the buyer’s full responsibility to carefully choose an item and ask us any questions regarding our merchandise BEFORE making a purchase. Please be aware that all our items are made to order, just for you and sold as *non-refundable. We will always respond to any inquiry and keep all communications open to try and remedy your concerns. We understand things happen and will try our best to work with you.

Please be sure of your purchase, as all orders are processed immediately and cancellations are not possible. Please refer to our Return and Exchanges page for more information.

  • How quickly do you respond to email queries?

We try to answer within 12-24 hours.

  • How much does shipping cost?

All Shipping is free, with some exceptions on overseas shipments.

  • Can I return my custom order?

All Custom and Made to Order are non refundable and non exchangeable . All Sales are Final.

All returned orders are subject to a restocking fee of 25%

  • Where do the items ship from?

Although most of our products are shipped within the US, but because of our extremely large variety and various fulfillment centers, we source from all over the world and cannot promise or guarantee where the shipping origin is located.

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

All charges are in US dollars.

Everything Skull’s checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Everything Skull has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, although this may slightly delay your order.

  • How secure is my personal information?

Everything Skull adheres to highest industry standards in order to protect your personal information with the best security solutions.
Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology),which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments safely.

  • What are the delivery charges for orders from Everything Skull?

We currently only offer one FREE standard shipping option. We do have Express delivery options. Just contact us via our contact page

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently offer international shipping to most countries.

  • Do you offer Wholesale or Bulk discounts?

Our Pricing is tallied up using individual costing, so If you are thinking about a larger purchase, please contact us.

  • What are my payment options?

There are several payment options available with every type of credit card and PayPal. We also offer 4 equal installments on larger purchases.

  • My order is processing. What does that mean?

Sometimes the item is not in stock and has to be made to order. Custom orders are also made to order.

  • My order says it is In Transit. What does that mean?

"In Transit" means that the item has left our or our suppliers facilities and is in transit to you. We have no control during this period, but you can rest assured that it will arrive.

  • I ordered multiple items, but I received only some of the items in my order and not all of them? 

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items a time, they may be shipped separately (from various locations) so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all items at once, rest assured, they are on the way!

  • How long will delivery take?

If we were delivering your product to your doorstep, we could give you an exact time, but we have to work with USPS, and once sent, we are no longer in full control. But never fear! They are good; they have been doing shipping and deliveries since forever.

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  • What is your return shipping address?

Before returning anything, please contact us. We use several fulfillment centers and suppliers and must make sure returns are sent to the correct original location. Failure to do this will only delay any refund or exchange.

  • Do I have to measure myself or can I use my clothing size?

To ensure the best fit for you, you have to measure yourself using a measuring tape. Please remember, clothing stretches with wear and tear so try and allow for this. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact us before ordering. We want you to be happy.

  • Do you price match?

At Everything Skull we produce or source only the best quality skull products online. Unfortunately, there are many copies available on other sites, many are of very poor quality. Images may look the same, but the products don't always match them. For this reason we do not price match.

  • I need my piece right away. Do you offer Express shipping?

Yes! We know many want to sooner, so contact us to receive a quote for the Express shipping option based on your location.

  • What carrier do you work with?

All of our merchandise is shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

  • Is the product same as photo?

Yes, all photos are real. Please note that due to the light and screen difference, the items color may be slightly different from the image. Custom orders may not be exactly as shown.

  • Can I amend my order?

We work very fast at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order. We have no way of interrupting USPS or any shipping companies delivery.

  • I would like to return a product

We are only able to accept any returns in the event of a proven defect in the product. All items sent out are checked for quality. Everything Skull does not cover your return shipping costs

All custom, made to order and print on demand sales are final. NO exchanges or refunds. Including All T-Shirts which are Print On Demand

  • My clothes are too small

All our textiles are accompanied by a size guide to help our friendly customers avoid this kind of inconvenience. Our team has taken great care to measure each item and add the corresponding comment in each description. From then on, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too small or large. 

Orders can not be cancelled once shipped. We have no control over UPS or any shipping company, once order has left fulfillment center. For exchange or refund, all orders must be returned, as per return policy.

  • Can I cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel your order! If the order is already being prepared, however, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.

  • What should I do if I provided the incorrect shipping details?

Please contact us immediately if you noticed that your shipping details are incorrect.
Note that we are unable to allow any amendments once your parcel has been dispatched.

Should your parcel be returned to sender, please note that we will be required to pass on a subsidized reshipping postage fee of US$20. Do ensure you update us via email with the correct and complete address as soon as you can.

  • Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, all paperwork includes copies that is sent with every package.

  • Why am I required to complete an "Order Verification Form"?

Unfortunately, some orders may be marked as "possible fraud". When this happens, we require our "Order Verification File" be completed before we can proceed.

  • Do you offer discounts?

Yes, simply join our Newsletter below and we will provide updates and special exclusive offers.

  • If you don't ship to my country, can I still buy?

We can ship anywhere, but some countries, payment must be via eTransfer or money order only. Please contact us to arrange.
