Returns and Exchanges

Our "Perfect Print" Guarantee

At Everything Skull, we want you to love your gear as much as we loved designing it. Because our products are made-to-order and artist-crafted specifically for you, we handle returns a little differently than "big box" retailers.

Our goal is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the quality and fit of your purchase.


1. Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, a printing error, or was damaged during transit, we’ve got you covered.

  • The Process: Email us at Support Email within 14 days of delivery.

  • What to include: Your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

  • The Resolution: We will send out a brand-new replacement to you immediately at zero cost. You do not need to ship the damaged item back to us.


2. Sizing & Our "Sizing Swap" Credit

Because every item is custom-printed just for you, we cannot move items back into stock once they are produced. We provide detailed Size Charts on every product page to help you find the perfect fit.

However, we know that sometimes the fit isn't what you expected. If you find your gear doesn't fit quite right, we offer our One-Time Sizing Swap:

  • How it works: Instead of the hassle and cost of mailing the item back to us, we will provide you with a private, one-time-use code for 60% OFF to re-order the same item in a new size.

  • The Bonus: You keep the original item! You can gift it to a friend or donate it to someone in need. It’s faster for you, better for the planet, and ensures you get the fit you need without the post office lines.


3. Returns & Cancellations

As a boutique shop specializing in made-to-order artist merchandise, we move fast to get your gear into production.

  • Express Cancellation Window: Because we begin the crafting process almost immediately, cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of order placement. Once an order has been sent to our artist-partners for printing, it cannot be stopped or refunded.

  • Exclusions: Sale items, limited edition drops, and intimate apparel (like swimwear, cage bras, corsets, panties, bras, bodysuits, garters and stockings) are final sale due to hygiene and custom production standards.


4. How to Start a Request

All return or replacement requests must be authorized by our team.

  1. Email Support Email with your order number.

  2. Tell us what happened (Damaged, wrong item, or sizing issue).

  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with your replacement info or Sizing Swap code.


5. Refunds

If a refund is approved (for example, if a replacement for a damaged item is unavailable), it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


A Note on International Shipments

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Everything Skull is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrectly provided address or for packages that are refused due to local customs/tariff fees.
