General Questions

How do I get in touch? The best way to reach us is via our Contact Page or by emailing Support Email. We typically respond within 24–48 business hours.

Are your products the same as the photos? Yes! We work closely with our artists to ensure our photos accurately represent the final product. Please note that due to screen brightness and lighting, colors may vary slightly in person.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do my items ship from? To offer such a massive variety of skull gear, we work with fulfillment centers worldwide. Most of our apparel is printed right here in the USA, while some of our specialty "Artist-Series" footwear and decor ship from our international workshops.

How much does shipping cost? We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the continental USA! For international orders, a small shipping surcharge is calculated at checkout.

I ordered multiple items, but only one arrived. Where is the rest? Don't panic! Because we ship from multiple specialized workshops, your items may arrive in separate packages. This allows us to get each piece to you as soon as it's ready rather than making you wait for the whole set.

How long will delivery take? Most domestic orders arrive within 5–12 business days after crafting. International shipping can take 10–20 business days depending on your local customs process.


Orders & Payments

Can I cancel or amend my order? We move fast! Because we send orders to our artists almost immediately, you have a 2-hour window after purchase to request a cancellation or change. After that, your custom piece has already entered production.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover) as well as PayPal. We also offer AfterPay, allowing you to buy now and pay in four interest-free installments.

Is my information secure? Absolutely. Our checkout is powered by Stripe and PayPal—two of the world’s most secure payment processors. Your data is encrypted using SSL technology to ensure your details remain private.


Returns, Refunds & Sizing

What is your return policy? Because our items are made-to-order and custom-printed for you, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind." However, if your item is damaged or misprinted, we will send a replacement at zero cost to you.

What if my clothes don't fit? We provide detailed size charts on every product page. If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, we offer a one-time "Sizing Swap" discount (60% off) so you can get the perfect fit without the hassle of a return. Check our Returns & Exchanges page for details.

How do I know what size to pick? We highly recommend using a measuring tape to compare your measurements against our charts. When in doubt, or if you prefer a looser fit, we suggest sizing up!
