General Returns and Exchanges

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly provide a replacement or exchange. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item with a photo of the defect or damage.
Processing Returns and Exchanges
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Approved returns will be processed, and a store credit will be issued. Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged:
