We know you’re excited to get your new skull haul! Because our items are made-to-order and artist-crafted, they take a little extra time to perfect before they ship. Once your order has been crafted and passed our quality inspection, we hand it off to the carrier and send a tracking number straight to your inbox.

Tracking FAQs
1. My tracking number isn't working yet. Don’t panic! It often takes 24–48 hours for a carrier to scan a package into their system after we’ve generated the label. Check back tomorrow and you should see movement.
2. Why is my order coming in separate packages? To get your gear to you as fast as possible, we ship items the moment they are ready. If you ordered a hoodie (from our US printer) and a pair of boots (from our artist workshop), they will arrive in two separate boxes.
3. My package says "Delivered" but it’s not here. First, check with neighbors or your building manager. Sometimes carriers mark an item as delivered a few hours before it actually drops. If it hasn't appeared within 24 hours, contact us at Support Email.
4. Where is my tracking number? We send your tracking link to the email address you used at checkout. Be sure to check your Spam or Promotions folder—sometimes the skulls get lost in there!
